The booking is for the ground floor space only and includes use of:
The hire kit, kitchen facilities including hot and cold drinks, makeup station and WC.
It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to check the hire kit in advance of the booking, and make sure they know how to operate the kit. We do our best to make sure it is properly maintained and we have spare bulbs etc, but ultimately it is the responsibility of the hirer that it is fit for their job.
The white infinity wall will be in good condition prior to each booking. We can accept reasonable wear and tear but if we deem it is unreasonably marked we will charge a repaint cost of £25.
Staff of the studio will be free to use the mezzanine as an office facility during the course of a shoot unless agreed in advance.
Studio bookings must be paid for in full, in advance of the booking date. The prices are £200 per day (up to 8 hours) or £250 per day (up to 12 hours). Set up and take down time must be included within the booking as additional time will be charged for @ £25 per hour.
Cancellations and changes:
If you cancel more than 14 days in advance we can rearrange your booking or return 50%.
If you cancel a booking within 7 days we will retain your full payment.
Breakages and Damages:
Please note any damages or breakage’s will be chargeable. We will check the kit after a booking and invoice within 7 days for any damage or breakages.
Please note photographers, filmmakers, production companies should HAVE THEIR OWN PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE to cover any accidents to their crew, cast, models and staff. Zed Studio’s public liability insurance does NOT COVER YOU. Zed Studio cannot be held liable or responsible for any event outside of its control that may affect your studio session, such as power cut, flooding, ISP failure ‘etc.’
- Music must be played at a reasonable level.
- No Animals / no smoking / no naked flames.
- Ask a member of staff to set up background paper.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult or Legal Guardian.
